I. Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for an account with Boost Master RPO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 2. General Service Description

Boost Master RPO provides social media marketing services, including but not limited to, followers, likes, views, and comments (the "Services").

Service Guarantee: We make no guarantee that the Services will be permanent or that the social media accounts will not be subject to drop-offs, policy changes, or account suspension by the respective social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, etc.).
Quality: We strive to deliver the quality as described in the service title. We do not guarantee a specific retention rate. (This clause is critical given the context of your original query).

3. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

3.1. Payments

You agree that upon purchasing our services, you understand and agree with what you are purchasing.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
The Service accepts no liability for chargebacks or unauthorized transactions associated with the use of this service.

3.2. Refund Policy

Balance Addition: Funds added to your Boost Master RPO account balance are non-refundable. These funds can only be used on the Service.
Service Failure: If a service fails to deliver after the order status has been marked "Processing" or "In Progress" for a period longer than [Specify Time, e.g., 72 hours], a refund will be issued to your Boost Master RPO account balance for the undelivered portion of the order.
Disputes/Chargebacks: Any attempt to dispute or charge back a payment to your account will result in an immediate and permanent termination of your account.

3.3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the "Processing" stage. Once an order is in "Processing" or "In Progress," it cannot be stopped or canceled.

Promote any material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or hateful.
Engage in any form of attack, spam, or malicious activity against any social media platform or other user.
